Dr. Gaita graduated and specialized with honors from the Mangiagalli Clinic in Milan, where she carried out clinical and research activities primarily in the field of prenatal diagnosis and obstetrical and gynecological ultrasound.
In 2010 she obtained the Certification of competence for First Trimester Screening (nuchal translucency scan) from the Fetal Medicine Foundation.
She has worked at the San Carlo Borromeo Hospital in Milan, where she focused mainly on uro-gynecology.
Dr. Gaita has been a member of the Italian Society of Urodynamics (SIUD) since 2010 and a member of the SIUD Female Pelvic Area Commission since 2013. She held the position of Coordinator of the SIUD Female Pelvic Area Commission in the 2013/2015 triennium.
She is qualified as a Clinical Sexologist by the Italian Association of Sexology and Applied Psychology (President Prof. Willy Pasini) and is a consulting gynecologist for the website and the web radio www.mammeinradio.it
