She obtained her associate degree in Dental Hygiene by University of Milan in 2007. To fulfill her professional education she moved to the US in 2008 where she completed with honors a 4 years-Bachelor's program in Dental Science (GPA 3.45) at the New York University, College of Dentistry.
She came back to Italy and she became a lecturer at the University of Milano first and then at University Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Milano. She is author of many National and International publications on scientific journals and invited speaker to National meetings on dental hygiene and prevention. Main topics treated: dental health care in pregnancy, patients with systemic diseases, bad breath, periodontal disease, oral pathology. She received in 2011 the Award by the American Academy of Public Health Dentistry for her commitment and work in the public health field.
